Per 2 capsules (as declared by the manufacturer): vitamin A 1366 µg (170% NRV); vitamin D 1.6 µg (32%); vitamin E 10 mg (83%); vitamin K 50 µg (66%); vitamin C 50 mg (62.5%); thiamin 0.8 mg (73%); riboflavin 0.8 mg (57%); niacin 0.8 mg (5%); folic acid 2 µg (1%); vitamin B12 6 µg (240%); biotin 1 µg (2%); pantothenic acid 0.8 mg (13%); calcium 412 mg (51%); magnesium 462 mg (123%); zinc 0.48 mg (5%); copper 0.3 mg (30%); manganese 2.2 mg; selenium 9 µg (16%); chromium 5 µg (9%).

Ingredients: calcium carbonate, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, calcium phosphates, silicon dioxide), magnesium oxide, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), choline bitartrate, spinach powder, broccoli powder, wheatgrass powder, DL-alpha-tocopherol, thiamine, riboflavin, nicotinamide, pantothenic acid, inositol, vitamin B12, zinc oxide, retinyl acetate, vitamin K2, vitamin D3, selenomethionine, chromium picolinate, folic acid, manganese citrate, copper citrate, D-biotin, capsule [hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour (brilliant blue)].

Allergens: none of the 14 major allergens in the recipe. Made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.

Adults: 2 capsules once a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
