Applied Nutrition Menopause Complex is a capsule formula for women combining magnesium bisglycinate, vitamin B6, iron, zinc and vitamin D3 with ashwagandha root extract (10:1), Gymnema sylvestre leaf extract and quercetin. Vegan, Halal certified.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function.
Zinc and vitamin D contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Iron contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Per 2 capsules: vitamin D3 2.5 µg (50% NRV); vitamin B6 10.5 mg (750%); magnesium 200 mg (53%); iron 14 mg (100%); zinc 8 mg (80%); Gymnema sylvestre leaf extract 120 mg; ashwagandha root extract 10:1 60 mg (equiv. 600 mg powder); quercetin 50 mg.
Other ingredients: magnesium bisglycinate, capsule [hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour (brilliant blue)], zinc gluconate, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), ferrous fumarate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cholecalciferol.
Allergens: none of the 14 major allergens in the recipe. Made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.
Adults: 2 capsules once a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Contains ashwagandha and gymnema – do not use with thyroid, liver or autoimmune conditions, or if taking blood sugar-lowering, thyroid, sedative or immunosuppressive medication, unless advised by a doctor. Long-term intake of more than 12 mg vitamin B6 a day from all sources should be avoided.
