Description

Applied Nutrition Relax & Calm combines magnesium citrate and glycine with plant extracts – reishi mushroom, ashwagandha root, green oat (Avena sativa) and passionflower – plus vitamins B6, B12, D3, E, biotin and copper, in vegan capsules. Halal certified.

Magnesium, vitamin B6, B12 and biotin contribute to normal psychological function.

Ingredients

Per 2 capsules: vitamin D3 10 µg (200% NRV); vitamin E 5.3 mg α-TE (44%); vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100%); vitamin B12 2.5 µg (100%); biotin 50 µg (100%); magnesium 128 mg (34%); copper 1 mg (100%); glycine 400 mg; reishi mushroom extract 10:1 40 mg (equiv. 400 mg); ashwagandha root extract 10:1 30 mg (equiv. 300 mg); Avena sativa extract 10:1 20 mg (equiv. 200 mg); passionflower extract 4:1 12.5 mg (equiv. 50 mg).

Other ingredients: magnesium citrate, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), copper bisglycinate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, biotin, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin.

Allergens: oats.

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
