Description

Applied Nutrition Sleep Support is an evening capsule formula combining glycine, magnesium and calcium with L-theanine from green tea, lion's mane mushroom extract, ashwagandha root extract, chamomile and lemon balm extracts, and vitamins D3 and K2. Chamomile and lemon balm are traditional European evening herbs. Vegan, Halal certified.

Ingredients

Per 2 capsules: vitamin D3 2.5 µg (50% NRV); vitamin K2 (MK-7) 33 µg (44%); calcium 100 mg (13%); magnesium 160 mg (43%); glycine 600 mg; lion's mane extract 10:1 50 mg (equiv. 500 mg); ashwagandha root extract 10:1 30 mg (equiv. 300 mg); chamomile extract 10:1 15 mg (equiv. 150 mg); lemon balm extract 10:1 15 mg (equiv. 150 mg); L-theanine (from green tea) 80 mg.

Other ingredients: calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, capsule [hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour (brilliant blue)], anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).

Allergens: none of the 14 major allergens in the recipe. Made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules once a day, 30–45 minutes before bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or under 18. May cause drowsiness – do not drive or combine with alcohol or sedatives. Contains ashwagandha – not suitable for people with thyroid, liver or autoimmune conditions. Contains vitamin K – consult a doctor if you take anticoagulants.
