Description

BetterYou MultiVit Daily Oral Spray delivers 14 vitamins and minerals – including vitamin D3, the B-complex, vitamins A, C and K1, iodine and selenium – in a sugar-free spray with natural blackcurrant and plum flavour. BetterYou oral sprays are designed to be sprayed onto the inside of the cheek, where the fine mist is taken up through the mucous membrane of the mouth – a convenient alternative for people who dislike swallowing tablets.

Vitamins D, C, A, B6, B12, folate and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamins B6, B12 and C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function and normal cognitive function.
Vitamins D and K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
Free from sugar, artificial colours and flavourings, fillers, dairy, gluten, wheat and soy

Per 4 sprays: vitamin A 180 µg (22.5% NRV); vitamin D3 20 µg / 800 IU (400% NRV); vitamin K1 75 µg (100% NRV); vitamin C 20 mg (25% NRV); thiamin 0.55 mg (50% NRV); riboflavin 1.05 mg (75% NRV); niacin 8 mg (50% NRV); vitamin B6 1.2 mg (85% NRV); folic acid 400 µg (200% NRV); vitamin B12 6 µg (240% NRV); biotin 50 µg (100% NRV); pantothenic acid 4.5 mg (75% NRV); iodine 150 µg (100% NRV); selenium 75 µg (136% NRV).

Ingredients: water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifiers (acacia gum, sunflower lecithin), medium chain triglycerides, ascorbic acid, niacinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin 5'-phosphate, preservative (potassium sorbate), vitamin D3 preparation (cholecalciferol, vitamin E, sunflower oil), acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium hydroxide), thiamine mononitrate, vitamin A acetate, folic acid, natural flavouring (plum, blackcurrant), thickener (xanthan gum), potassium iodide, sodium selenate, phylloquinone, D-biotin, methylcobalamin.

Directions

Adults and children over 13: 4 sprays a day, together or separately. Shake before use; prime the pump with 3 presses on first use. Spray onto the inside of the cheek and hold for a few seconds. Can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. Replace the cap after use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
