Carlson Chelated Iron provides 27 mg of iron as iron bisglycinate chelate – a gentle, well-absorbed form less likely to upset the stomach. Carlson Labs is a family-owned American company founded in 1965, known especially for its Norwegian fish oils.

Ingredients
Per tablet: iron (bisglycinate chelate) 27 mg (193% NRV).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, ethylcellulose, magnesium stearate.
Allergens: none.
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
