Description
Carlson Kid's The Very Finest Fish Oil is a pleasant-tasting liquid Norwegian fish oil for children, made from anchovy, sardine and mackerel and flavoured naturally. Half a teaspoon provides 800 mg of omega-3s. Carlson Labs is a family-owned American company founded in 1965, known especially for its Norwegian fish oils. The oil is molecularly distilled in Norway and tested for freshness, potency and purity (heavy metals, PCBs, dioxins).
- DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA).

Ingredients
Per ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml): energy 20 kcal; fat 2.5 g, of which saturates 0.5 g; vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) 3.3 mg (28% NRV); Norwegian fish oil 2.3 g providing omega-3 fatty acids 800 mg (EPA 400 mg, DHA 250 mg, DPA 45 mg).
Other ingredients: natural flavours, antioxidant blend (natural mixed tocopherols, rosemary extract).
Allergens: contains fish (anchovy, sardine, mackerel).
Directions
Children from 1 year: ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) a day with a meal, neat or mixed into juice or yoghurt. Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
