Carlson Norwegian Super Omega-3 Gems (Pescatarian) is a concentrated Norwegian fish oil in a fish-gelatin softgel – suitable for pescatarians – with 1200 mg of omega-3s per 2 softgels. Carlson Labs is a family-owned American company founded in 1965, known especially for its Norwegian fish oils. The oil is molecularly distilled in Norway and tested for freshness, potency and purity (heavy metals, PCBs, dioxins).

Ingredients
Per 2 softgels: energy 20 kcal; fat 2 g; Norwegian fish oil concentrate 2 g providing omega-3 fatty acids 1200 mg (EPA 600 mg, DHA 400 mg; ethyl esters).
Other ingredients: softgel shell (fish gelatin, glycerin, water), natural mixed tocopherols.
Allergens: contains fish (anchovy, sardine, mackerel, tilapia, catfish).
Directions
Adults: 2 softgels a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
