Description
Carlson The Very Finest Fish Oil softgels contain the same Norwegian anchovy, sardine and mackerel oil as the famous liquid, in lemon-flavoured softgels that can be swallowed or chewed. Carlson Labs is a family-owned American company founded in 1965, known especially for its Norwegian fish oils. The oil is molecularly distilled in Norway and tested for freshness, potency and purity (heavy metals, PCBs, dioxins).

Ingredients
Per 2 softgels: energy 20 kcal; fat 2 g, of which saturates 0.5 g; vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) 13.4 mg (112% NRV); Norwegian fish oil 2 g providing omega-3 fatty acids 700 mg (EPA 360 mg, DHA 240 mg).
Other ingredients: softgel shell (beef gelatin, glycerin, water), natural flavours, natural mixed tocopherols.
Allergens: contains fish (anchovy, sardine, mackerel).
Directions
Adults: 2 softgels a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
