Carlson Wild Norwegian Cod Liver Oil Gems contain lemon-flavoured Norwegian cod liver oil, with a lower level of vitamin A, providing 460 mg of omega-3s per 2 softgels. Carlson Labs is a family-owned American company founded in 1965, known especially for its Norwegian fish oils. The oil is molecularly distilled in Norway and tested for freshness, potency and purity (heavy metals, PCBs, dioxins).

Per 2 softgels: energy 20 kcal; fat 2 g; vitamin A (cod liver oil, retinyl palmitate) 90 µg (11% NRV); vitamin D (cod liver oil, cholecalciferol) 4 µg (80% NRV); vitamin E 2.7 mg (23% NRV); Norwegian cod liver oil 2 g providing omega-3 fatty acids 460 mg (EPA 160 mg, DHA 200 mg).
Other ingredients: softgel shell (beef gelatin, glycerin, water), natural lemon flavour.

Directions
