Description

C4® Original is the classic Cellucor pre-workout and one of the best-selling pre-workouts in the world. Each 6.5 g scoop (EU formula) provides 1.6 g of CarnoSyn® beta-alanine – the patented, clinically studied form – 1.5 g of micronised creatine monohydrate, 1 g of arginine AKG, 200 mg of N-acetyl-L-tyrosine and 150 mg of caffeine, plus vitamins C, B6, B12 and folic acid.

Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients

Per scoop (6.5 g): vitamin C 37.5 mg (47% NRV); vitamin B6 0.5 mg (36% NRV); folic acid 100 µg (50% NRV); vitamin B12 1.25 µg (50% NRV); CarnoSyn® beta-alanine 1600 mg; micronised creatine monohydrate 1500 mg; arginine alpha-ketoglutarate 1000 mg; N-acetyl-L-tyrosine 200 mg; caffeine anhydrous 150 mg; niacin (nicotinamide).

Ingredients: CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, micronised creatine monohydrate, arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, polydextrose, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavours, N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, caffeine anhydrous, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium silicate), sweeteners (acesulfame potassium, sucralose), vitamins (ascorbic acid, folic acid, nicotinamide, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, methylcobalamin), colours (beta-carotene, tartrazine*). Colours and flavourings vary by flavour.

*Tartrazine may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Directions

Adults: mix 1 level scoop (6.5 g) with 150–200 ml of water and drink 20–30 minutes before training. Assess tolerance with half a scoop first. Max. 1 scoop a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
