Ingredients

Ingredients: water, acidity regulators, CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, caffeine anhydrous, N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, flavourings, preservative (potassium sorbate), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), vitamins (niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12). Exact composition varies by flavour – see label.

Directions

Adults: shake well and drink 1 shot 20–30 minutes before training. Max. 1 shot a day.
