Description

C4 Ultimate® (previous EU formula) is Cellucor's strongest pre-workout of its generation, combining L-citrulline and CarnoSyn® beta-alanine for pumps and muscular endurance with a high dose of caffeine, L-tyrosine and choline, and B vitamins. This is the older, larger-tub version; the current formula comes in a 380 g tub.

Ingredients

Main ingredients: L-citrulline, CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, betaine anhydrous, caffeine anhydrous, L-tyrosine, choline bitartrate, electrolytes, vitamins B6 and B12; acidity regulators, flavourings, anti-caking agents, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), colours. Exact amounts per serving – see the label on the pack.

Directions

Adults: mix 1 scoop with 300 ml of water and drink 20–30 minutes before training. Assess tolerance with half a scoop first. Max. 1 serving a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
