Conteh Sports Multi-Vitamin & Mineral Complete uses active and chelated forms – P-5-P, methylcobalamin, Quatrefolic® 5-MTHF, magnesium bisglycinate, zinc picolinate – plus CoQ10, alpha-lipoic acid, lutein and zeaxanthin.

Vitamins C, D, B6, B12, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
B vitamins, vitamin C and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions
