Description
Conteh Sports is a UK sports nutrition brand founded by former boxer-turned-coach Dean Conteh, producing fully disclosed formulas. Conteh Sports Pre Shred is a stimulant capsule combining 350 mg caffeine with Rhodiola rosea, EnXtra® (Alpinia galanga), juniper berry, Citrus aurantium, NeuroPEA™, grains of paradise and PRO GBB™.

Ingredients
Per 3 capsules: caffeine anhydrous 350 mg; Rhodiola rosea 300 mg; EnXtra® 300 mg; juniper berry extract 200 mg; Citrus aurantium 150 mg; NeuroPEA™ (phenylethylamine) 150 mg; grains of paradise (12.5% 6-paradol) 100 mg; PRO GBB™ (gamma-butyrobetaine) 50 mg.
Other ingredients: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), anti-caking agent.
Allergens: none.
Directions
Adults: start with 1 capsule; up to 3 capsules in the morning or before training. Not within 6 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
