Conteh Sports The Stim is a compact stimulant pre-workout with 3.2 g beta-alanine, 1.5 g L-tyrosine, 500 mg VitaCholine®, 300 mg caffeine plus Infinergy™ di-caffeine malate, Citrus aurantium and vitamins B3, B6 and B12.

Vitamins B6 and B12 and niacin contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients

Per 8.5 g: beta-alanine 3200 mg; L-tyrosine 1500 mg; VitaCholine® 500 mg; caffeine anhydrous 300 mg; Citrus aurantium 100 mg; di-caffeine malate (Infinergy™) 50 mg; niacin 30 mg; vitamin B6 (P-5-P) 10 mg; vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

Other ingredients: acidity regulator, flavourings, sweetener (sucralose), colour.

Directions

Adults: 1 serving in 300 ml of water 20–30 minutes before training. Max 1 a day; not within 6 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
