Description
Cytoplan 50+ Multivitamin is a high-strength multivitamin and mineral for men and women over 50, with vitamins in bio-effective forms (P-5-P, methylfolate, methyl- and adenosylcobalamin), a low 2 mg dose of iron, 80 mg coenzyme Q10, beta-1,3/1,6-glucans and a biodynamic superfood blend of grape seed, olive leaf, kale, tomato, beetroot and turmeric. Suitable for vegans.
- B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamins D and K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

Directions
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
