Description

Cytoplan Bone Support combines wholefood "marine calcium" from the calcified red seaweed Lithothamnion calcareum harvested in clean Icelandic waters – a natural source of calcium, magnesium and over 70 trace minerals – with magnesium citrate, vegan vitamin D3 from lichen, vitamin K2 (MK-7) and boron. Suitable for vegans.

Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and contributes to normal muscle function.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Ingredients

Per 2 capsules: calcium 150 mg (19% NRV); magnesium 150 mg (40% NRV); vitamin K2 (MK-7) 60 µg (80% NRV); vitamin D3 30 µg (600% NRV); boron 3 mg.

Ingredients: magnesium citrate, Lithothamnion calcareum (providing calcium and magnesium), boron (as disodium tetraborate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), microcrystalline cellulose, ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide, vitamin K2 (MK-7), plant cellulose (capsule shell).

Allergens: none. Free from GMO, wheat, soya, dairy, added sugar, flavourings and colourings.

Directions

Adults: 1–2 capsules a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
