Cytoplan Men's Multi is an advanced multivitamin and mineral for men with bio-effective nutrient forms – P-5-P, riboflavin-5-phosphate, methylfolate, methyl- and adenosylcobalamin, selenomethionine – plus lycopene, lutein, resveratrol, N-acetyl-cysteine, pumpkin seed extract, choline and inositol. Suitable for vegans.

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and normal fertility.
Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis.
Pantothenic acid contributes to normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones.

Directions

Adult men: 1 capsule twice a day with food (morning and early afternoon). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
