Allergens: none. Free from GMO, wheat, soya, dairy, added sugar, flavourings and colourings.

Teenagers: 1 capsule a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For teenagers. Contains iron – accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6; keep out of reach of young children. Long-term daily use of 12.5 mg or more of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. Consult a doctor if taking medication or if pregnant. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
