Cytoplan Wholefood Multi is a comprehensive multivitamin and mineral in which the minerals are complexed with Brassica oleracea – a phytonutrient-rich cruciferous vegetable similar to broccoli – together with a fruit and vegetable blend of carrot, spirulina, alfalfa, artichoke leaf, beetroot, açaí and acerola. It contains a low level of iron, making it suitable for men and post-menopausal women. Suitable for vegans.

B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamins C and D, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamins D and K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

Directions

Adults: 1–2 capsules a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
