Doctor's Best Alpha-Lipoic Acid provides 150 mg of alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) per capsule. Alpha-lipoic acid is a sulphur-containing compound made in small amounts by the body and found in foods such as spinach, broccoli and organ meats. It is soluble in both water and fat.
