Doctor's Best Biotin provides 5000 µg of pure D-biotin (vitamin B7/H) per capsule. Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin found in eggs, nuts, seeds and liver.

Adults: 1 capsule a day, with or without food with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
