Doctor's Best L-Tyrosine provides 500 mg of the amino acid L-tyrosine per capsule. Tyrosine is made in the body from phenylalanine and is found in cheese, meat, fish, soy and nuts; it is a precursor of dopamine, noradrenaline and thyroid hormones.
