Description

DY Life Black Cumin Oil provides cold-pressed oil from the seeds of Nigella sativa, a spice plant used for centuries across the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia. The oil is naturally rich in unsaturated fatty acids – especially linoleic acid (omega-6) – and contains thymoquinone. Softgels avoid the oil's sharp, bitter taste. Ingredients

Per 2 softgels: black cumin seed oil (Nigella sativa) 1000 mg, of which palmitic acid 80–140 mg, linoleic acid (omega-6) 500–650 mg, oleic acid (omega-9) 180–300 mg.

Directions

Adults: 2 softgels a day with water, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
