DY Life Omega 3-6-9 blends three oils in equal parts: fish oil (EPA and DHA), evening primrose oil (GLA) and flaxseed oil (alpha-linolenic and oleic acids), with natural vitamin E. Per 3 softgels: fish oil 996 mg, of which EPA 179.3 mg and DHA 119.5 mg; evening primrose seed oil 996 mg, of which GLA 99.6 mg; flaxseed oil 996 mg, of which linolenic acid 448 mg and oleic acid 109.6 mg; vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol) 10 mg (83% NRV).
Other ingredients: softgel shell.
Allergens: fish.
Directions
Adults: 3 softgels a day with water and a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
