DY Life Pumpkin Oil contains oil from pumpkin seeds (Cucurbita pepo), naturally rich in linoleic and oleic acids and phytosterols, with added natural vitamin E. The softgel avoids the strong nutty taste of the pure oil. Ingredients
Per softgel: pumpkin seed oil (Cucurbita pepo) 1000 mg, of which linoleic acid min. 400 mg and oleic acid min. 180 mg; vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol) 6.7 mg (56% NRV).

Directions
Adults: 1 softgel a day with water and a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
