Per serving (150 g): energy 2542 kJ / 599 kcal; fat 2.6 g, of which saturates 1.5 g; carbohydrate 96 g, of which sugars 9.9 g; protein 48 g; salt 0.03 g; creatine monohydrate 4238 mg (creatine 3726 mg); L-glutamine 1145 mg; BCAA 2:1:1 1000 mg; A-AKG complex 1220 mg; vitamins C, B6, niacin, E, pantothenic acid, D3, B1, B2, folate and magnesium, zinc, copper at approx. 22–23% NRV each; small amounts of alpha-lipoic acid, green coffee, tribulus and Siberian ginseng extracts (caffeine 27 µg).

Directions

Mix 1 serving (150 g) with 400 ml of cold water or skimmed milk. On training days drink immediately after training; on rest days between meals.
