Dorian Yates HIT BCAA 4:1:1 + Glutamine combines 7.5 g of branched-chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine in a 4:1:1 ratio) with 5 g of L-glutamine in a flavoured drink powder. Vegetarian, vegan and halal. Made in the EU for DY Nutrition, the brand of six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates.

Ingredients

Per serving (15 g): energy 220 kJ / 52 kcal; fat 0.4 g; carbohydrate 0.1–0.8 g; protein 13 g; L-glutamine 5000 mg; BCAA 7500 mg (L-leucine 5000 mg, L-isoleucine 1250 mg, L-valine 1250 mg).

Ingredients: L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine (4:1:1), L-glutamine, acid (citric acid), flavouring, sweetener (sucralose), emulsifier (soy lecithin), colour (Ponceau 4R – cherry/strawberry; caramel – peach).

Allergens: soy.

Directions

Mix 2 scoops (15 g) with 350–500 ml of cold water. 1–3 servings a day – between meals on rest days or right after training.
