Description

The Yates Bar is a high-protein bar with a milk and soy protein blend, a caramel layer and a milk chocolate coating sweetened with maltitol. Each 60 g bar provides 21–22 g of protein, about 185 kcal and under 2 g of sugar. Suitable for vegetarians. Made in the EU for DY Nutrition, the brand of six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates.

Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Per bar (60 g, Chocolate Caramel): energy 774 kJ / 185 kcal; fat 4.4 g, of which saturates 2.9 g; carbohydrate 19 g, of which sugars 1.5 g, polyols 15.9 g; fibre 4.8 g; protein 21 g; salt 0.26 g.

Ingredients (Chocolate Caramel): protein blend 34% (milk protein isolate, partially hydrolysed whey protein isolate (soy lecithin, milk), soy protein isolate, whey protein isolate (sunflower lecithin, milk)), milk chocolate coating with sweetener 16% (maltitol, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), humectant (glycerol), chocolate caramel filling 10% (glycerol, maltodextrin, oligofructose, water, maltitol, coconut oil, modified tapioca starch, skimmed milk powder, cocoa powder, pectin, calcium lactate, rapeseed lecithin, natural flavourings, salt, xanthan gum, caramel colour), soluble tapioca fibre, sweeteners (maltitol syrup, sucralose), water, soy cocoa crisp (soy protein isolate, cocoa powder, tapioca starch), fat-reduced cocoa powder, natural flavouring.

Directions

Eat 1–2 bars a day as a snack, according to your protein needs. Once opened, consume within 24 hours.

Warnings

Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect (polyols). Contains milk and soy. Not a meal replacement. Store at 15–22 °C away from heat and sunlight.
