Dorian Yates The Creatine is a flavoured creatine formula: each 10 g scoop gives 6.8 g of creatine monohydrate (6 g creatine) plus 1 g beta-alanine, 500 mg taurine and eight B vitamins at 100% NRV. Made in the EU for DY Nutrition, the brand of six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine).
B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Per scoop (10 g): creatine monohydrate 6826 mg (creatine 6000 mg); beta-alanine 1000 mg; taurine 500 mg; riboflavin 1.4 mg, niacin 16 mg, vitamin B6 1.4 mg, pantothenic acid 6 mg, thiamin 1.1 mg, folic acid 200 µg, biotin 50 µg, vitamin B12 2.5 µg (each 100% NRV). Energy 132 kJ / 31 kcal; carbohydrate 1 g.

Ingredients: creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, maltodextrin, acid (malic acid), taurine, flavouring, sweetener (sucralose), vitamin B complex (nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin), colour (Ponceau 4R or caramel).

Directions

Mix 1 scoop (10 g) with 250 ml of cold water and drink 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
