Per tablet: vitamin C 600 mg (750% NRV); Citrus aurantium extract 100 mg (citrus bioflavonoids 60 mg); amla fruit powder 50 mg; black pepper extract 5 mg (piperine 4.75 mg).

Directions
Adults: 1–2 tablets a day with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
