Description

EFX Sports Kre-Alkalyn EFX is the original pH-correct creatine. Kre-Alkalyn® is a patented (US Patent #6,399,661) buffered creatine monohydrate with a pH of 12–14, developed to stay stable in solution and to be effective at lower doses than standard creatine.

3 g creatine per day (4 capsules) matches the daily intake at which creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise.

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules 30 minutes before training and 2 capsules after training; on rest days 2 capsules with breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
