EFX Sports Training Ground EAA is a sugar-free essential amino acid drink based on AminoZorb® enzymatically buffered BCAAs (2:1:1) with L-lysine, L-histidine, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-tryptophan and L-methionine.

Ingredients

Per heaping scoop (7.1 g): AminoZorb® BCAA (enzymatically buffered L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine 2:1:1) 2550 mg; L-lysine 1875 mg; L-histidine 167 mg; L-phenylalanine 167 mg; L-threonine 167 mg; L-tryptophan 50 mg; L-methionine 25 mg.

Other ingredients: citric acid, silicon dioxide, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), natural and artificial flavours, beetroot powder (colour).

Directions

Adults: mix 1 heaping scoop with 300–500 ml of water before, during or after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
