Per 4 capsules: vitamin A (beta-carotene) 6000 µg RAE; vitamin C 500 mg; vitamin D3 25 µg (1000 IU); vitamin E 135 mg; thiamin 200 mg; riboflavin 200 mg; niacin (niacinamide) 200 mg; vitamin B6 200 mg; folate 1333 µg DFE (800 µg folic acid); vitamin B12 200 µg; biotin 200 µg; pantothenic acid 200 mg; choline 82 mg; calcium 20 mg; iron 2 mg; iodine 300 µg; magnesium 2.9 mg; zinc 6 mg; selenium 0.04 µg; manganese 2.4 mg; chromium 0.96 µg; potassium 4 mg; betaine HCl 50 mg; citrus bioflavonoids 50 mg; glutamic acid 50 mg; hesperidin complex 10 µg; inositol 200 mg; PABA 200 mg; rutin 50 mg.

Adults: 1–4 capsules a day with food. Start with 1 capsule; the full 4-capsule serving exceeds several EFSA upper limits. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. At 4 capsules, vitamin B6 (200 mg), niacinamide (200 mg), vitamin E (135 mg), folic acid (800 µg) and iodine (300 µg) exceed EFSA tolerable upper intake levels – use the lowest effective dose and do not combine with other multivitamins. Not suitable for pregnant women (high vitamin A). Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Contains iron – accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6; keep strictly out of reach of children and, in case of accidental overdose, contact a doctor or poison control centre immediately. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
