Description

Enzymedica Sleep & Stress contains Relissa™ – an extract of lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis) standardised to at least 17% hydroxycinnamic acids and bound to sunflower lecithin (Phytosome® technology) for better absorption. Lemon balm has been used in European herbal tradition for centuries as a calming herb. Melatonin-free.

Ingredients

Per capsule: Relissa™ lemon balm phytosome (Melissa officinalis leaf extract, sunflower lecithin; min. 17% hydroxycinnamic acids) 200 mg.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), inulin, rice extract blend (rice extract, rice hulls, gum arabic, sunflower oil).

Free from: casein, crustaceans, eggs, fish, gluten, milk, nuts, sesame, shellfish, soy and wheat; no artificial colours or flavours.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with water, in the evening or as needed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
