Evogen Creatine is pure, unflavoured micronized creatine monohydrate with no additives. Micronization reduces particle size for easier mixing. The product is NSF Certified for Sport®, meaning it is tested for substances prohibited in sport.

Directions
Adults: mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 240–350 ml of water or another drink once a day, before or after training or at any time of day. Use consistently and drink plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
