Description
Evogen Glutamine is pure, unflavoured L-glutamine produced by fermentation from plant sources. L-glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the body and is found in protein-rich foods such as meat, fish, eggs, dairy and legumes. The fine powder mixes easily into water, shakes or other drinks.

Directions
Adults: mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 240 ml of cold water or another drink before, during or after training, up to 2 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
