Description
Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Organic Fiber is an unflavoured prebiotic fibre powder made from certified organic acacia gum, orange peel, baobab fruit, apple peel and cranberry seed. It dissolves clear in water and contains no added sugar. Vegan, gluten-free.

Ingredients
Per tablespoon (approx. 6 g): energy 20 kcal; fat 0 g; carbohydrate 5 g, of which sugars 0 g; fibre 5 g (soluble 4 g, insoluble 1 g); organic prebiotic fibre blend 6 g (organic acacia gum fibre, organic orange peel, organic baobab fruit, organic apple peel, organic cranberry seed).
Allergens: none added; may contain traces of soya. Manufactured in a facility that also processes egg, milk, soya, fish, tree nuts and sesame.
Directions
Adults: mix 1 tablespoon into 240 ml of water or juice once a day. Start with a smaller amount and increase gradually; drink plenty of fluids.
Warnings
Take with plenty of fluid – may cause choking if taken without sufficient liquid; not suitable for people with swallowing difficulties. Take medication at least 2 hours apart. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have a bowel condition. Not intended for children. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
