Garden of Life mykind Organics Men's Multi is a whole-food multivitamin in which the vitamins and minerals come from a blend of over 30 certified organic fruits, vegetables and herbs, with vitamin D3 from lichen, vitamin K2 (MK-7), vitamin K and B12 from yeast culture and iodine from organic sea kelp. Garden of Life mykind Organics supplements are made from certified organic whole foods and are vegan, non-GMO and gluten-free.

Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
