Garden of Life mykind Organics Prenatal Once Daily is a one-a-day prenatal multivitamin made from certified organic whole foods – including curry leaf, amla, Sesbania and sea kelp – providing food-sourced folate, 18 mg of iron (organic food blend and Ferronyl® iron), iodine, vitamin D3 from lichen and D2 from mushrooms. Garden of Life mykind Organics supplements are made from certified organic whole foods and are vegan, non-GMO and gluten-free.

Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.
Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin.
Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function and normal cognitive function.
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

Directions
