Garden of Life Vitamin Code 50 & Wiser Men is a whole-food multivitamin for men over 50 with 20+ vitamins and minerals, lycopene, a raw organic fruit and vegetable blend and a raw probiotic and enzyme blend. It is iron-free, with higher vitamin D and B12. Directions

Adults: 4 capsules a day, which may be split with meals. Capsules may be opened and the contents added to water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
