Garden of Life Vitamin Code RAW Calcium provides plant-sourced calcium from the red marine algae Lithothamnion (AlgaeCal) with magnesium, vitamin D3, vitamins K1 and K2 (MK-7), boron, strontium and other trace minerals, plus a live probiotic and enzyme blend. Vitamins are produced by culturing with S. cerevisiae ("RAW Food-Created"), without binders or fillers. Vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free.

Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and contributes to normal muscle function.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Ingredients

Per 4 capsules: vitamin C 50 mg (63% NRV); vitamin D3 40 µg / 1600 IU (800% NRV); vitamin K (from culture) 120 µg (160% NRV); vitamin K2 (MK-7) 50 µg; calcium (from algae) 1100 mg (138% NRV); magnesium (algae and Dead Sea minerals) 357 mg (95% NRV); strontium 3.8 mg; boron (brown rice chelate) 3 mg; silica 2.2 mg; vanadium 25 µg; RAW probiotic and enzyme blend 64 mg (lipase, protease, aspergillopepsin, beta-glucanase, cellulase, bromelain, phytase, lactase, papain, peptidase, pectinase, hemicellulase, xylanase, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus plantarum – 500 million CFU).

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), organic potato starch.

Allergens: none added. Manufactured in a facility that also processes soya, dairy, tree nuts and shellfish.

Directions

Adults: 4 capsules a day – 2 with breakfast and 2 with lunch. Capsules may be opened and the contents mixed into water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
