Grenade Soft Core is a softer, cookie-dough-style protein bar: a fluffy dough wrapped around a soft, gooey centre and coated in chocolate, with around 15 g of protein and less than 2 g of sugar per bar.

Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass.
