Himalaya Healthy Skin & Nails Gummies are mixed berry-flavoured, fruit-pectin gummies with biotin (100% NRV), hyaluronic acid, vitamins A, C, D and E, amla (Indian gooseberry) and grape skin extract.

Biotin and vitamin A contribute to the maintenance of normal skin.
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin.
Vitamins C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Per 2 gummies: vitamin C 40 mg (50% NRV), vitamin E 10 mg (83% NRV), vitamin A 600 µg (75% NRV), vitamin D3 10 µg (200% NRV), biotin 50 µg (100% NRV), hyaluronic acid 50 mg; amla (Emblica officinalis) fruit extract, grape (Vitis vinifera) skin extract.
