Ingredients
Per tablet: calcium 333.3 mg (42% NRV), magnesium 133.3 mg (36% NRV), vitamin D 2.5 µg (50% NRV), zinc 8.3 mg (83% NRV).
Other ingredients: calcium and magnesium salts, microcrystalline cellulose, zinc salt, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, cholecalciferol, glycerol, hydroxypropyl cellulose.
Allergens: none.
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
