Per capsule: vitamin D 10 µg (200% NRV), vitamin B1 7.5 mg (682%), vitamin B2 6 mg (429%), niacin 16 mg NE (100%), pantothenic acid 50 mg (833%), vitamin B6 5 mg (357%), folic acid 400 µg (200%), vitamin B12 6 µg (240%), biotin 300 µg (600%), magnesium 60 mg (16%), iron 8 mg (57%), copper 1000 µg (100%), iodine 150 µg (100%), zinc 12 mg (120%), manganese 2 mg (100%), selenium 150 µg (273%); fenugreek seed extract 4:1 250 mg (equivalent to 1000 mg), choline bitartrate 100 mg, saw palmetto fruit extract 20:1 50 mg (equivalent to 1000 mg).

Adult men: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
