Holland & Barrett Oil of Oregano provides oil of oregano (Origanum vulgare) in sunflower oil softgels. Oregano is a Mediterranean culinary herb, native to Europe and south-central Asia, whose essential oil is naturally rich in carvacrol and thymol.

Other ingredients: sunflower seed oil, capsule shell (bovine gelatine, glycerol).

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
