Super Green Tea Diet

Per 2 tablets: caffeine 396 mg; green tea leaf extract 4:1 (Camellia sinensis) 101 mg (equivalent to 404 mg leaf, providing 10.1 mg EGCG); vitamin B6 12 mg (857% NRV); chromium 200 µg (500% NRV); kelp extract 35:1 (Fucus vesiculosus) 14 mg; guarana seed extract 8:1 7 mg; uva ursi leaf extract 10:1 4 mg; ginger root extract 20:1 3 mg.

Other ingredients: calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose, caffeine anhydrous, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, chromium picolinate, glycerol.

Allergens: none.

Adults: 1 tablet mid-morning and 1 mid-afternoon with a full glass of water, with or after food. Do not take after 4 pm if you have difficulty sleeping. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Contains green tea extract: do not consume on an empty stomach, do not combine with other products containing green tea on the same day, and do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding or under the age of 18. Long-term intake of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. Contains uva ursi – not for long-term use.
