Description

Holland & Barrett Vitamin D3 10 µg provides 400 IU of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) in sunflower and MCT oil, in a vegetarian softgel shell made from corn starch.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Per capsule: vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 10 µg / 400 IU (200% NRV).

Other ingredients: sunflower seed oil, capsule shell (modified corn starch, glycerol, carrageenan, sodium carbonate), medium-chain triglycerides, vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopherol).

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
